How to make a reservation
Using the form below, please select the time you would like to join the tour between 09:30 and 17:00 (the latest return time).
Please note that we cannot accommodate your requests in the following circumstances.
- When the minimum number of four people for the trip has not been reached
- When our tours etc. are already fully booked
- When the Someya Family Residence had already been reserved
- When those offering the experience events are already reserved for other events etc.
- When the Former Tega Church is closed (it is closed on Mondays, and if a public holiday falls upon a Monday the church is opened and closed again on the next day)
- When tours are cancelled due to bad weather
Regarding payments
After you have made a reservation using the form above we will send you an e-mail with the application form and inform you of the total price. Please submit to us the application form and remit the payment to the following bank within three days.

Regarding cancelations
| i） | In the case of cancelations made on or after the day back calculated to 20 days (10 days in the case of day trips) from the day before the start of travel (excluding the cases (ii) to (v) below): 20% or less of the travel fare |
| ii） | In the case of cancelations made on or after the day back calculated to 7 days from the day before the start of travel (excluding the cases (iii) to (v) below): 30% or less of the travel fare |
| iii） | In the case of cancelations made on the day prior to the day of the start of travel: 40% or less of the travel fare |
| iv） | In the case of cancelations made on the day of travel (not including (v) below: 50% or less of the travel fare |
| v） | In the case of cancelations after the day of travel, failure to contact us or participate: 100% of the travel fare |
